When you purchase a ticket in our online shop, the total amount includes 25% comission fee. There is not going to be a commision fee with tickets for Hofburgorchester, Mozartorchester, Schloss Schönbrunn or Vienna Sightseeing Tours.  As soon as your order is sent, it is obligatory, so please be sure that you want the tickets you purchase.

The tickets have to be paid in advance either via credit card( this form of payment can only be accepted when you purchase the tickets online!) or via inernational bank transfer.

Cancelation of an order

We have to inform you that, due to our terms and conditions we cannot accept any cancelation of an order, but if you wish, we can try to sell the tickets for the net-price, so please make sure that you want the tickets you order.

Pick up:

The tickets can be picked up in our office during our opening hours: Mo- Fr. 09:30 – 05:00 p.m and Sa: 09:30 – 12:30 p.m. If you wish, you can pick up the tickets also at the evening box of several theaters. In this case we would kindly ask you tell us this wish in advance, otherwise the tickets are not going to be there.

Hotel delivery

If you wish, we can deliver the tickets to your hotel in Vienna as long as it is located in these following districts:  1010, 1030, 1040,1050, 1060,1070 1080, 1090. For this service there is a charge of EUR 7.-

Postponed Events

If an event is postponed, the tickets will be honored for the new date. New tickets will not be issued.

Tickets can only be returned when there is a change of the program, but not when there is a different singer or actor.
